Warehouse Manager
Requirements:

• Understand of financial logic in 3PL company
• Able to manage floor people and issues surroundings
• Understand of FIFO/FEFO concept for storage operation
• Understand of Warehouse Management System operation concept
• Willing to be placed based on site (Surabaya or Kalimantan)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Finance Officer
Requirements:

• Understand of financial logic in 3PL operation
• Has strong knowledge in accounting
• Ability to consolidate, pursue, track all documentations up collecting the cash in short period
• Willing to be placed at Head Office & travel to site
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

HSE Warehouse Project Pertamina Lubricant
Kualifikasi :

• Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Memahami prinsip-prinsip dan pedoman dan implementasi program 5R
• Mampu membuat HSE plan, JSA, HIRADC, dan program 5R
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bersedia bekerja dalam tekanan waktu dan team
• Mampu berbahasa inggris aktif
• Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat ahli k3 Umum
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak merokok dan dapat membedakan warna dengan baik dan benar
• Pendidikan minimal D3, S1, semua jurusan
• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada bidang terkait
• Supervisor / Coordinators spesialisasi pada Logistics/Supply Chain

QHSE Officer
Kualifikasi :

• Berpengalaman di bidang HSE/K3L Pergudangan min 2 tahun (D3) & min 1 tahun (S1)
• Bersedia ditugaskan di seluruh Indonesia
• Memahami dan diutamakan memiliki sertifikat ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Memahamai prinsip-prinsip dan pedoman implementasi program 5R
• Mampu membuat HSE plan, JSA, HIRADC dan program 5R
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bersedia bekerja dalam tekanan waktu dan team
• Mampu berbahasa inggris aktif
• Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat K3 Umum
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak merokok dan memiliki mata yang sehat

Transport Admin Staff
Requirements:

• Understand of financial logic in transportation
• Familiar with accounting basic concept
• Ability to pursue to collect all required documents
• Willing to be placed based on site (Surabaya)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Transport Planner
Requirements:

• Understand of financial logic in transportation
• Familiar with shipment option, crossdocking and multimode transportation
• Ability to plan & execute the distribution planning & operation
• Understand the government regulation in transportation
• Willing to be placed based on site (Surabaya & Kalimantan)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

• Understand the goverment regulation in transportation

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
